3rd PIMS: Porsche reveals latest Cayenne lineup

PGA Cars, Inc. showcased its latest Porsche Cayenne models during the 3rd Philippine International Motorshow. It also revealed the Cayenne S Hybrid, it’s entry to the growing hybrid market.

There are several Cayenne trims available to the Philippine market; the base model, the Cayenne S, the Turbo, and the Cayenne Hybrid S.  The Cayenne and the Hybrid S trims both feature 6 cylinders, while the Cayenne S and Turbo trims have 8 cylinders. The base model comes with an optional 6-speed manual gear box, while the S, Turbo, and Hybrid S trims feature the 8-speed Tiptronic S transmission which helps improve fuel consumption and reduce emissions.

Underneath the Hybrid S’ hood is Audi’s supercharged 3.0-litre V6 working in tandem with a 47hp electric motor that boasts a 8.7 liters/km for urban driving and CO2 emissions of only 193 g/km compared to the base model’s 236 g/km. All models comply with the EU 5 emission standards.

All trims are equipped with the Porsche Traction Management System.
